Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Yard Warehouse Associate to support daily yard and warehouse operations at a high-volume facility in Greenfield, IN. This role involves loading and unloading materials , preparing products for storage or delivery , operating heavy equipment , and maintaining safe and efficient yard operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move and stage materials .
• Load, unload, receive, count, and organize incoming and outgoing materials.
• Assist with spotting equipment operators and safely positioning materials.
• Perform rigging and cribbing of materials as needed.
• Inspect equipment and work areas before daily use.
• Enter shipment and inventory information into the computer system.
• Prepare materials and packages for storage or delivery.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or yard operations experience preferred.
• Experience operating heavy equipment or large-capacity lift trucks preferred; 20K–30K lb. lift truck experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to accurately record shipment information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and walk throughout the yard for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors and safely handle materials in a yard environment.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday | 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

Compensation:

• $22.00 per hour
