There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.The Valuation Services Manager will play a highly visible role on RSM’s Valuation Services consulting team, taking primary responsibility for complex business valuation engagements across financial reporting, tax reporting, transactions, strategic planning, and other advisory purposes. This position is designed for an experienced valuation professional who can lead multiple engagements, exercise sound technical and commercial judgment, develop team members, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the growth of a nationally recognized valuation practice.The Manager will work closely with senior professionals and practice leaders on engagement execution, client relationship management, talent development, process improvement, and go-to-market initiatives. The role includes identifying and advancing opportunities, supporting proposal and scoping efforts, expanding relationships across client organizations and RSM, and building a strong internal and external network. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.SummaryLocation: Boston; Chicago; HoustonType: Full time
