Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Outreach & Physician Liaison located in Charlotte, NC. Establish and maintain strong ties with local pediatricians, psychologists, and referral partners to support community outreach and increase awareness of ABA services. Coordinate client-facing events such as sensory days, open houses, and community events to foster community engagement and family support. The individual will be essential in driving operational efficiency and supporting the growth and development of the region. The role also entails developing strategic plans, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring provider satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Operations management, strategic planning, and performance analysis skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building abilities
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong, long-term professional relationships
• Knowledge of compliance, policies, and procedures
• Experience with provider satisfaction and service coordination
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a health-related field or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is beneficial
