Supporting the daily scheduling and logistics of a growing field-based clinical workforce, the remote Clinical Field Scheduling & Logistics Specialist will manage clinician schedules, optimize routes, and coordinate assignments across Georgia and New Jersey to ensure timely patient care. Key responsibilities Manage clinician schedules, profiles, and service areas in CareLink Identify and resolve scheduling errors, coverage gaps, and last-minute changes Train new clinical team members on CareLink workflows and document processes for operational coverage Required qualifications Experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, or healthcare operations Knowledge of Georgia geography and travel patterns Experience using AI or automation tools to improve workflows Familiarity with CareLink, healthcare scheduling, Google Workspace, or Excel preferred Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
