To provide management and leadership oversight of assigned teams and projects within the Data Management department, the full-time Clinical Data Management Manager will ensure study execution and budget management while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage teams and projects within the Data Management department, acting as the primary point of contact for study-specific escalations Oversee staff allocation, training, and mentoring, while addressing operational or budget risks and managing performance-related escalations Participate in sponsor audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring effective processes and providing mentorship to team members Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline Minimum of 9 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries 2-4 years of line management experience Expert knowledge of data management best practices and technologies as applied to clinical trials Strong project management skills with experience managing data management teams and projects
