Job Overview:The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.Titan Partners is seeking an Associate to join our Investment Banking team who will be responsible for private & public capital market transactions, managing deal processes, and providing comprehensive financial advisory services to clients on the Titan Partners platform.Responsibilities:Transaction Execution & Managing Deal Process: Collaborate with colleagues to provide clients with seamless transaction execution including but not limited to equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate advisory mattersFinancial Analysis: Perform research and various financial analyses in support of new business generation as well as ongoing support of current clients.Due Diligence: Manage and coordinate industry and company-specific due diligence activities in support of new business generation as well as live transactionsStructuring: Assist in structuring transactions and providing creative solutions to meet client objectives while considering both market conditions and regulatory requirementsRelationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers, ensuring exceptional service while considering evolving client and firm needsQualifications and Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institutionExperience: Entry level acceptable, 2+ years of experience in investment banking or related field preferredLicenses / Certifications: SIE, Series 79 & 63 preferredFinancial Modeling Skills: Proficient in building complex financial xhyhwjd models, conducting valuation analyses, and interpreting financial statementsCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex financial concepts succinctly and effectivelySoftware Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other market analysis softwareCompensation and Benefits Competitive compensation based on industry standards and experienceBenefits include dental, health care, and 401(k) discretionary company match
